* scala3: show scala3-compatible code in most of akka-docs
There are some Streams samples that don't compile with Scala 3
yet.
* Fix warnings/errors
* scalafmtSbt
* Include Scala 3 in cross-build
sbt cross-building sometimes behaves surprisingly, so this does not work
yet: when switching to 3.0.1-RC1 it still tries to build the modules
that do not support that version yet, even though they are 'excluded'.
This also currently breaks cross-publishing, so we cannot merge this.
Once this works we should add a note to the documentation clarifying
that the Scala 3 artifacts are experimental.

For details on how these differ see:

The motivaton for this is so this part of the build doesn't need to be
(ironically) patched when running with a binary-compatible build of the
next patch release of Scala (e.g. Scala 2.13.2-bin-SHA).
Ideally this could be backported to the release-2.5 branch so it would
be immediately of use, otherwise it'll only be available in the
community builds that track Akka 2.6.
* Fix remaining akka-testkit warnings
Mostly in tests and 2.13
* Add issue link
* MiMa exclude for multi-node-testkit
We don't promise bincompat there anyway, but perhaps good to keep mima there
so at least we don't break things accidentally
