Fix TcpConnection error handling 
`resumeReading` can fail, and in that case will `become(unregistering)`.
Previously `become(connected(info))` would interfere with that.

Likely fixes #30509 and #30474. #30435 looks similar but might be something
different.

LazySourceSpec: improve 'no demand' test stability 
Perhaps the probe might introduce some internal buffering that doesn't
happen for a 'direct' cancellation?

Hopefully fixes #30492

Fix FlowFlatMapPrefixSpec instability 
`notUsedF` is resolved immediately when the substream is materialized,
unlike `suffixF` which is resolved when the stream completes. For this
reason it is entirely possible that `notUsedF` resolves before getting the
subscriptions.
