c4228b7c30 Upgrade Netty from 3.5.3 to 3.5.4 
Once again I'd like to see an upgrade to Netty as Android support was broken somewhere after 3.3.1 but is fixed again as of 3.5.4 as described by https://github.com/netty/netty/issues/458
