Roland fac840adfc make remote lookup work 
- create RemoteActorRef in actorFor
- simplify send/receive because Futures/Exceptions do not go over the
  wire anymore
- add RemoteCommunicationSpec which uses two ActorSystems communicating
  in the same JVM via TCP socket
