2f321d12b3 =pro load sample builds with project dependencies 
* load sample builds from their definitions and replace library dependencies with project ones
* remove redefined sample build definitions
* test osgi sample by running a maven command

We must first release akka-stream with dependency to akka 2.3.4
and it should be maintained in the akka-release-dev branch
