06c7467a0e =doc Fix float issue (#20599) 
The float from the nav isn't cleared properly. This effect is only visible on zoom levels.

0acf03f528 update warnOldDocs.js and symlink for release 
This will also git commit before and after the upload of the docs, so as
to make sure that changes to warnOldDocs.js are recoverable.

7743aa9d0a Various streams build improvements 
* remove settings duplication between AkkaBuild and project specific .sbt files
* do not publish test projects
* run akka-http-core tests
* fix lambda sample project versions
* remove obsolete projects (streamAndHttp, httpParent, docsDev)
* exclude parsing project from unidoc
* update to the latest sbt

98c282f115 =doc clean up what-is-akka.rst and switch to www.typesafe.com 
the latter is necessary because of broken DNS requirements which make
apex domains brittle (since they must resolve to an A record with a
single IP)
