Refactored and changed boot of Cluster and ClusterDeployer.

Fixed problems with ClusterDeployerSpec and ClusterMultiJvmSpec.
Removed all akka-remote tests and samples (needs to be rewritten later).
Added Actor.cluster member field.
Removed Actor.remote member field.
