optimize Mailbox._status usage
...
- make Scheduled==4 to allow bitwise operations
- unfold become(status) into three methods for better inlining
- optimize patterns in setAsIdle away: table switch is probably slower
than a single conditional
- fix LoggingReceiveSpec glitch wrt. async stop()
