more conversion to FiniteDuration, plus fix the build, see #2521

- also remove resetReceiveTimeout and change receiveTimeout() to return
  a Duration (which may be Undefined)
- also move akka.actor.{cell -> dungeon}, because that is
  + an adequate name
  + and does not coincide with the lowercase version of a class name
