Solve UnreachableNodeJoinsAgainSpec problem, see #3247

* UnreachableNodeJoinsAgain failed because of gated connection
* Removed default test value of retry-gate-closed-for, instead
  default from reference.conf is used, i.e. 0s
* deadLetters logging love
